This policy covers the Dirgeon game on Android, iOS, Linux and the web, and this website. In short: Dirgeon collects no personal data from anyone, children included.

What the game stores

Your saved games and settings (difficulty, text size, theme, sound) are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the app, or clearing the browser's site data for the web version, deletes them.

What the game does not do

• No accounts, sign-ins or personal details.
• No advertising and no ad identifiers.
• No analytics, tracking or crash reporting.
• No location, contacts, camera, microphone or file access.
• No chat and no contact with other players.

Purchases

The one-time "full game" purchase is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details. The store only tells the app whether the purchase is owned, and the app remembers that on your device. The store's own privacy policy covers the purchase: Google or Apple. A parental gate protects the purchase screen.

Children

Dirgeon is suitable for ages 4 and up. Because it collects no personal information, it collects none from children, in line with COPPA (US) and the GDPR (EU/UK).

This website

The website is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect against attacks. We set no cookies and run no tracking scripts.
